    Job Summary

    Step into the kitchen spotlight! As a Sous Chef, you will assist in leading culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. You’ll oversee prep and line staff, support menu execution, and help create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

    Qualifications:

    + Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

    + Proficiency in cooking techniques and use of commercial kitchen equipment

    + Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

    + Previous supervisory experience in a professional kitchen

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise, train, and support line and prep cooks

    + Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

    + Manage kitchen stations during service and assist with expediting

    + Monitor inventory, ordering, and food storage practices

    + Enforce safety and sanitation policies in all kitchen operations
