    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer to help develop a new AI-powered application that enhances search functionality and optimizes result relevance. The ideal candidate will:

     

    • Translate business requirements into AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems

    • Generate recommendations and enable automation

    • Develop data-driven applications that convert large-scale data into actionable intelligence

    • Research and optimize AI technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy

    • Apply tools and frameworks such as RAG, LangGraph, NLP-to-SQL, ADK, and A2A

    AI Techniques Required

    • Deep Learning

    • Generative AI

    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

    • Image Processing

    • Cognitive & Intelligent Process Automation

    • Reinforcement Learning

    • Virtual Assistants

     

    $55/hr to $62/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence

    • End-to-end AI application development (e.g., LangChain, chatbot creation, scaling, operational maintenance)

    • Strong Python programming skills; capable of independently building and maintaining pipelines

    • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Preferred Skills

    • React (Frontend experience)
