    Job Description

    -Pickup and transport equipment using a box truck or van while tracking all work and assets being processed

     

    -Drive to pick up and transport equipment to JBA, JBAB, the Pentagon, and other federal/government buildings located in the DMV

     

    -Manage, Maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking the lifecycle via a CMDB such as Remedy.

    Compensation:

    $25/hr to $31/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High School Diploma

     

    Requires 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.

     

    Experience with hardware asset management functions.

     

    proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office, MS Teams)

     

    Must be committed to customer service, well organized, able to plan and prioritize assignments, and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

     

    Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers, demonstrate a solid ability to identify and solve problems, and be able to work successfully in a team environment.

     

    Must be able to drive a 26ft box truck

     

    Able to use a manual pallet jack

     

    Able to lift 50lbs Strong working knowledge of BMC Remedy modules, especially Asset Management.
