    Job Description

    This consultant will be part of a larger SOW for the Lean + AI team within the Cloud Capacity Supply chain group at a large tech company. This is a team of 8 consultants that work for Insight Global helping deliver work for the manager of the Lean +AI team. This team’s responsibility is to create educational content, training modules, and engagement materials designed to educate the greater Cloud Supply Chain group on Lean Six Sigma methodology and AI best practices. This content is intended to educate the greater org on the process improvement methodology and mindset of Lean Six Sigma. This content designer will need to come from an artistic background, and they must have experience using Vyond, Articulate Rise, Storyline 360 and the consultant must have expert level experience with each and require no training on these software’s. This designer will create animations, logos, video modules, and other various graphics that will be incorporated throughout the team’s content. This will be a 40 hour a week full time position for 9 months for remote applicants in India.

    Skills and Requirements

    Experience creating storyboards, graphics and animation for learning and development groups: 3+ years of experience

    • Vyond and Articulate Rise or Storyline 360 experience: Expert level experience required

    • Lean Six Sigma experience: A general understanding of the methodology

    • Work autonomously: No training or extensive oversight required

    • English Proficient: Strong communication skills
