Job Description

Insight Global's client in the Data Center industry is seeking an experience Project Coordinator to assist an in a data center lifecycle management/refresh project. This role will require the Project Coordinator to work closely along side the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Venders and Engineers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Additional responsibilities may include:

-Coordinating Systems Refresh Project eWaste activities with external vendor such as cost analysis approval and scheduling with the site.

-Vendor Management and coordination on a variety of activities.

-Coordinate DC Site Survey activities such as access, forms, and receiving of the completed surveys and providing to engineers.

-Assist in the completion of Method of Procedure Documents for activities such as implementations and decommissions of hardware.

-Meeting responsibilities such as Minutes, updating Microsoft Teams chats, and scheduling calls.

-Coordination and follow-up of Work Orders for external vendor access to Datacenters. Ensure that Work Orders are complete.

-Opening and coordination of Service Now tickets for Remote Hands activities at DLR Facilities.

Skills and Requirements

-2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator

-IT Infrastructure

-Excel experience in building tables, pulling data and data input

-Smartsheet's or similar project management tool experience

-Experience using ServiceNow

-Strong verbal communication skills

-Willingness to work flexible hours to adhere to meetings hosted with international team members

-Self starter, not afraid to ask questions -Data center project experience

-Global project experience

-Lifecycle refresh project experience
