Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple Site Superintendents / Foremen on a large-scale industrial construction project at a Battery Plant—a 2 million square foot facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-million dollar construction projects, with expertise in building automation systems and/or Controls.

Skills and Requirements
-Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
-Proven leadership in overseeing electrical trades and building systems (automation/HVAC).
-Strong understanding of construction documentation, scheduling tools, and safety protocols.
-Strong understanding of RFIs, contracts, change orders, etc.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
-Ability to work onsite daily in a large building environment.
-Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). -OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
