Job Description

Day-to-Day Overview:

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical and functional artifacts and design.

Work cross functionally across technical and business teams to provide strategic insights relating to project.

Plan, facilitate, and refine requirements in conjunction with technical and nontechnical staff.

Work cross functionally across team lines to advise, ideate, and propose solutions to gaps within process and exist/future state design.

Aggregate artifacts into confluence and help create/guide user story creation in Jira.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

-Background as a Business Systems Analyst (5+ years).

-ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation / migration experience.

-Salesforce expertise:

Proven experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce data migration strategies.

Understanding of Salesforce workflow, automation, and integration points within external systems.

-CRM implementation experience.

-Strong communication, organization skills, and self-starter/proactive personality.

-SME in BA responsibilities:

Ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and help transform business processes.

Ability to write user stories and scripts.

Experience in mapping current business processes to CRM/ATS functionalities.

Strong ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders and internal teams.

-MS Excel.

-Agile Methodology Plusses:

-Bullhorn for Salesforce or Recruitment Cloud experience.

-Experience working for a staffing company or related (where they utilize provider sourcing, credentialing, recruitment, and job fulfillment).
