Job Description
Design, implement, and maintain secure key management systems to protect sensitive bank data. Ensure compliance with NIST and industry standards and produce technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Develop and manage secure key lifecycle processes (generation, storage, distribution, rotation).
• Maintain resilient, redundant key management infrastructure.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support audits and assessments.
• Respond to key compromise incidents, document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate cryptographic practices.
• Automate workflows for key lifecycle management.
-Maintain documentation and conduct training on cryptographic best practices.
Pay range is $84/hr to $89.73/hr - Approved locations: Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA & Pennington, NJ

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, InfoSec, or equivalent experience.
-5–10 years in cryptographic security or key management.
- Proficient in key management tools (HSMs, KMS, PKI) and cryptographic protocols.
- Experience with standards (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
-Familiarity with cloud KMS (AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault).
-Strong Linux and Windows OS skills.
-Automation with Perl, Python, PowerShell.
-Monitoring tools: Splunk, Elastic, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK.
- Programming in Java or Go; orchestration with Ansible, Terraform.
-Experience with Utimaco, Thales, Entrust, CipherTrust, Vormetric.
-Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, JIRA). -Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
