    Job Description

    Insight Global's client in Albany, NY, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team of 14 members for a Windows 10 project involving multiple teams. This role will involve close collaboration with four IT professionals to support complex systems related to Windows 10.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Partnering with the QA Validation team to manage documentation deliverables, review IOQ processes, and provide recommendations for deviations.

    • Working with the QCE team to manage vendors and ensure the successful deployment of multiple instruments on-site.

    • Creating and cross-referencing business requirement documents with vendor specifications, ensuring adherence to data integrity standards.

     

    The project plan is developed by the PMO team, while the Operations IT Apps team will oversee task management. Responsibilities include system onboarding, managing deadlines, and developing work instructions.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years' experience working as a Systems Coordinator within a GxP environment

     

    Validation experience -- taking part in protocols or executing them

     

    Experience with change control and test planning

     

    Previous experience with System Data Integrity Maintenance and System Compliance Support
