    Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our client in their import/export operations. This role involves reviewing a variety of company invoices and ensuring the information aligns with import documentation, then accurately entering that data into their Global Trait Management Solutions platform. While prior knowledge of import documentation is not required, strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to audit documents through reading and comprehension are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess clear communication skills to resolve discrepancies.

    Clear and professional communication skills. • Background in trait management or agricultural traits.

     

    • Experience with a Global Trade Management (GTM) system, specifically the deCart platform
