Job Description

-Working to drive strategic insights through advanced analytics, data visualization, and effective storytelling, with a strong focus on healthcare data, particularly within the ambulatory setting.

-Support executive leadership, including VPs and cross-functional teams, by developing strategic dashboards, analytic models, and reports.

-Collaborate with teams across clinical, finance, marketing, consumer experience, and branding functions to deliver high-impact analytics.

-Lead initiatives involving data integration from multiple sources using advanced SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks. (Azure Data Factory & Databricks experience is just a plus!)

-Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

-Present findings to C-suite leadership, translating complex data into compelling, actionable insights.

-Participate in an Agile environment, working from weekly backlogs and iterating as project needs evolve.

-Contribute to the development and administration of enterprise-level data governance and best practices

-Utilizing Trilliants data sets to provide market strategy insights

-Compressing data files out of the large data sets

-Pay rate between $50-75/hr

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of relevant experience as an Analytics Consultant

-Experience with trilliant data sets OR large data sets in a healthcare setting

-Must have strong communication skills to interact with the business side and internal VPs to tell stories through data

-PowerBI experience and ideally Tableau as well (to build strategic dashboards)

-Past data Integration knowledge from a healthcare company - (It is a plus if they worked with a company that used Azure Data Factory & Databricks). -Azure Data Factory Experience

-Databricks experience
