• Implementation Project Manager

    Job Description

    • Lead implementation for the CPM project

    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

    • Provide proactive risk identification

    • Coordinate with all stakeholders to align project objectives

    • Ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements

    • Be an active listener to understand concerns and priorities, and act with clear and succinct communication

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the vendor, finance, HR, and the Digital Experience team

    • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders

    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful vendor and project outcomes

    • Ensure vendor activities comply with company policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards

    • Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks, including operational and financial exposure

    Pay varies depending on experience - $75-80/hour

    Skills and Requirements

    • Proven track record of leading financial software implementations, CPM systems a plus

    • Experience with Anaplan software!

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field

    • 5-7 years of experience in project management

    • Ability to manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
