Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Mental Health Clinician, either a licensed LSW or LAC, for our higher education customer in New Jersey. This person will be working at an out of district NJ school program to help provide onsite mental health therapy and support for their student population. This role will be 100% focused on adolescent and child patients that have behavioral, learning, or psychiatric disabilities. The therapy will consist of anxiety and depression disorders, mood disorders, psychiatric disorders, learning disabilities, suicide prevention, drug addiction, and other disorders. This role will include working with the onsite staff and other psychologists at the school. This person may need to present the impact of additional therapy support to the school. We are looking for someone who will work very well with other stakeholders and team members to provide overarching support for the patient population.

Skills and Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience as an LAC or LSW
• Master’s Degree in mental health related field
• Experience with adolescent and child based behavioral health therapy
• Experience with anxiety and depression disorders, drug addiction, suicide prevention therapy
• Experience working an coordinating with parents
• Experience documenting crisis reports
• Ability to work well with a team of other therapists and school faculty members
