Job Description

-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical subcontractors

-Interpret and work from electrical drawings and schematics.

-Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines.

-Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.

-Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track.

-Lead team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman, specifically overseeing electrical resources.

-Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.

-Comfortable working in large-scale environments.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. -OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite daily.
