Insight Global is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to join their team for a hybrid position near Harlem, NY for a direct hire opportunity. This resource will be responsible for providing operational analysis, design, installation and modification of core and ancillary bank systems. This work will be working on multiple projects in tandem with the VP. You’ll be responsible for providing solutions and fixing conflicts to integrate diverse data into the different financial systems. You’ll need to have experience with Jack Henry Silverlake and/r Loan Vantage. You’ll provide support for application software and perform DDA, Savings and CD product setup in Silverlake. You will interface with Finance to build general ledger interfaces and develop project plans and lead project teams. You will also develop and manages internal procedures, tools, and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability and to ensure timely, effective support. Enters and tracks cases to resolution in internal IT helpdesk software. Coordinate work with systems, database, and network administrators, training and helpdesk. Supports users through technical support of the applications, developing procedures, facilitating and coordinating training and other technical support. Creates an environment that promotes end-user self-sufficiency.

Skills and Requirements

3 years of bank core system experience to include supervision of others or lead responsibilities is required.

Knowledge of: available system software, hardware and the regulations, structure, techniques and management practices of one or more subject-matter areas.
