Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a highly skilled and compassionate EMT/Paramedic to provide direct care for a young adult living with Lyme disease who is prone to seizures. This role is hands-on and deeply personal—ideal for someone who thrives in a one-on-one care setting.

Shift Times: 9pm-4am EST, Full-time -- flexible schedule with 2 weekends/month

Located on Dunedin, FL, 34698

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and personal hygiene

• Monitor and respond to seizure episodes, including administering medications

• Hook up oxygen machines and manage emergency protocols

• Organize and manage daily/weekly medications

• Coordinate appointments and transportation

• Spike bags and hook up lines to a dialysis catheter port

• Maintain sterile technique and document symptoms meticulously

• Make pharmacy calls and pick up medications

• Travel readiness for international treatment

Skills and Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• RN, EMT, or Paramedic experience

• Experience with seizure care and oxygen equipment

• Skilled in sterile technique and port access

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Compassionate, upbeat, and proactive personality • Experience pushing meds through dialysis ports
