Job Description
+ Provide design support for Design and Drafting department in REVIT.
+ Provide REVIT design and support for facilities projects
+ Provide design, sizing and detailing
+ Develop standards, and work with BIM Mgr to set those standards for A/E and internal drawings. Include family generation, and tagging standards
+ Report to Manager on current projects via updated status bi-weekly and quarterly
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ High School education.
+ 4 years of construction design experience.
+ Experience communicating with peers, project teams and senior leadership as a leader/expert in your field.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft 365 platform, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point
+ Working knowledge of building infrastructure and support systems including architecture, HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience in execution of large-scale, multi-year capital improvement projects
+ Demonstrated success developing direct reports through effective leadership and the setting of realistic but challenging goals
+ Experience with construction and renovation projects within the aerospace and defense industry requiring adherence to specific Intelligence Community Documents (ICDs) and DoD construction standards
+ Proficiency with construction design software solutions such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, SKM Power Tools, Lighting load software
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $56195 - $89912
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
