    Now Hiring: Full-Time Floor Tech — Upstate, SC

     

    TC Services, a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Floor Techs to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a CIMS-certified janitorial company based in Greenville, we take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and delivering excellent service.

    Position Details

    + Schedule: Full-time

    + 8 hour shift

    + Monday to Friday

    + Night shift

    + Weekend availability

    + Travel is required

    + Overnight stays

    + Per diem per day

    + Location: On the Road (travel between job sites)

    + Pay Rate: $18 per hour — paid weekly

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, etc.

    + Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.

    + Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment; report worn or broken equipment promptly.

    + Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.

    + Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.

    + Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.

    Requirements

    + Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    + Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team

    + Ability to train staff on proper cleaning techniques

    + Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify

    + Must be 21+ years old

    Physical Requirements

    + Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods

    + Strength: Lift and push up to 60 lbs

    + Carry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hour

    + Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions

    + Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

    Work Environment

    + Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)

    + Travel between job sites as required

    + Exposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipment

    + Flexible schedule — may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs
