This is a **remote role** open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel 50%+.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead and inspire a national sales team to exceed growth targets

    + Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with segment goals

    + Architect winning deal strategies and competitive proposals tailored to client needs

    + Drive client retention and margin growth through strategic account planning

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Design and Operations to win new business

    + Analyze financial and operational data to guide executive leadership and optimize performance

    + Champion a consultative, solution-oriented sales culture across the organization
