    Role Overview

    **Sodexo Corporate Services** is seeking an **Resource General Manager/Chef Manager to join our team** to support our Hikma Account in Cherry Hill NJ. The food landscape will consists of Cafe,Catering, Vending and Office Coffee. The GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 on site and the Chef for the business. The GM/Chef Manager will oversee the day to day operation.

     

    Incentives

     

    M-F 6am to 4pm, some evenings, no weekends

    + Manage the client relationship

    + Manage the budget/finances

    + Menu planning

    + Ordering

    + Inventory

    + Catering production

    + Managing a team of 5 hourly employees
