    What We Need:

    Brady Corporation is looking for a Sr. Software Quality Engineer to test and monitor our rapidly growing ECommerce Platform BradyId.com. If you are a results-driven software tester who is passionate about maintaining high-quality Ecommerce, we want to talk to you!

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Work within a small focused agile team that works on developing an Ecommerce platform and features.

    + Owning quality strategy and metrics for their team.

    + Work with the product owner and stakeholders to understand product requirements.

    + Collaborate with the UX team on usability and design requirements.

    + Provide input on requirements, design, usability, and testing during user story grooming

    + Review software requirements and translate into test cases

    + Write and execute test cases in Azure DevOps.

    + Identify and execute exploratory tests that will fulfill customer needs.

    + Adding automated tests to existing regression suites.

    + Opportunity to review pull requests and modify code bases.

    + Troubleshoot, triage and document bugs in our bug tracking system.

    + Monitor, maintain, and report out on quality metrics

    + Suggest ideas to improve/streamline testing processes.

    + Performs other tasks as required. Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the tasks listed on this job description.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    + Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.

    + Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

    + Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

    + Working knowledge of programming (C#, scripting languages)

    + At least 5 years of experience as a software tester or similar role, preferred

    + Agile product development, preferred

    + Experience writing automated tests using Selenium or Playwright, preferred

    + Able to run API tests with PostMan or similar tools, preferred
