Position Summary:

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home clients located in Matawan, Hazlet, Union Beach, Long Branch and Carteret.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA

+ Work 1:1 with children in their home environment

+ Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition

+ Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress

+ Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

+ Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

+ Prior ABA Therapy experience required.

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher degree in related field preferred)

+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to to client's within your preferred radius.

+ Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

+ Availability during after-school hours (typically 3PM to 6PM, 4Pm to 7PM or 5PM to 8PM).
