Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced New Product Integration Director to drive the end-to-end process of transitioning hardware platforms from validation through to production deployment across our global data center infrastructure. This role is responsible for leading the complex, multi-phase New Product Introduction (NPI) process that moves compute, storage, and network hardware from ODM, OEM, and traditional vendor sources through validation phases to mass production.As an NPI Leader, you will orchestrate the integration of cutting-edge hardware platforms including AI/ML accelerators, next-generation compute systems, and advanced storage solutions that power Meta's suite of applications serving billions of users globally. You will work at the intersection of hardware engineering, data center operations, and production systems to ensure seamless hardware platform transitions that meet Meta's stringent operational requirements.

Required Skills:

New Product Integration Director Responsibilities:

1. Lead operational readiness reviews of hardware platform transitions from Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Design Validation Testing (DVT), Production Validation Testing (PVT), to Mass Production deployment and including as we scale

2. Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5+ technical domains to ensure operational readiness

3. Drive operational excellence initiatives that directly impact Meta's infrastructure reliability and efficiency

4. Establish and enforce quality standards that enhance and optimize fleet performance

5. Coordinate complex multi-quarter programs involving hardware validation, tooling development, and operational readiness across global data center regions

6. Partner with cross functional teams to drive program alignment and delivery

7. Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to ensure program success

8. Lead technical trade-off discussions and drive decision-making processes that balance performance, reliability, cost, and timeline considerations

9. Establish and monitor operational readiness criteria including maintenance enablement, spare parts strategy, repair workflows, and monitoring coverage

10. Drive implementation of quality assurance frameworks including automated testing, failure detection systems, and operational metrics tracking

11. Ensure platforms meet Meta's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for availability, performance, and maintainability before production deployment

Minimum Qualifications:

12. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business or Science field, or commensurate experience

13. 8+ years of experience in hardware integration, product development, or technical program management in technology environments

14. 5+ years leading complex, multi-team technical programs with hardware components

15. Direct experience with New Product Introduction processes in hardware or infrastructure environments (at scale)

16. Demonstrated understanding of server hardware, data center infrastructure, or related hardware systems

17. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships

18. Experience with large-scale infrastructure environments or hyperscale data center operations

19. Experience managing relationships with ODM/OEM hardware vendors and supply chain partners

20. Knowledge of quality management systems, reliability engineering, or Six Sigma methodologies

21. Experience with data center infrastructure requirements including power, cooling, space, and network connectivity constraints

22. Demonstrable understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML hardware platforms, or data center technologies

23. Effective written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing at all organizational levels

Public Compensation:

$309,000/year to $358,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
