    **Location:** Tulsa, OK | **Pay Rate:** $32.19/hour | **Schedule:** Full-Time; 1st Shift (5am - 3:30pm)

    Summary:

    PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leading name in the aerospace industry, is seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join a high-performing team dedicated to precision, safety, and innovation. This is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring aircraft parts and systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

    Position Purpose:

    In a team-oriented environment, you will perform critical quality inspection tasks across Initial Phase Manufacturing, Composites, and Final Phase. Your work ensures that aircraft parts, sub-assemblies, and installations are built to exact type design data—directly impacting the safety, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge aircraft.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct inspections using engineering drawings, route cards, work instructions, technical specifications, and QA procedures.

    + Perform preliminary, progressive, and final inspections of aircraft structures and systems.

    + Verify functional operations, inspect for FOD (Foreign Object Debris), and confirm paperwork accuracy.

    + Witness, verify, and document specified manufacturing process steps.

    + Conduct conformity and first article inspections to ensure compliance with FAA-approved procedures.

    + Support safe tool and equipment usage and storage in the work area.

    + Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel.

    + Conduct area inspections for standard compliance and participate in continuous improvement activities.

    + Promote health, safety, and risk reduction practices in all work activities.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Aircraft structure inspection, to include sheet metal and composite builds.

    + 1 year of quality inspection experience _or_ 2 years of Customer specific manufacturing experience

    + 2 years of manufacturing or equivalent aerospace experience

    + Completion of a formal inspection training program within 90 days

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading, CATIA, and shop mathematics

    + Competent with basic shop tools and equipment

    + Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

    **Pay Details:** $32.19 per hour
