• Warehouse Associate - General Laborer

    PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. (Waterloo, IA)


    Ready to work for one of the largest U.S. distributors? PDS Tech Commercial, is seeking motivated individuals to assist with a warehouse setup project involving the transformation of approximately 50,000 square feet of a distribution center (DC). This is a hands-on role focused on preparing the space for operational use, including cleaning, organizing, and installing bin shelving.

     

    **Location:** Waterloo, IA

    **Employment Type:** Temporary - 6-week contract | On-site

    **Pay:** $18.50/Hourly (weekly pay)

    **Shift:** Monday – Friday 8am to 3:30pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the teardown and cleanup of designated warehouse space.

    + Install bin shelving and organize storage areas.

    + Label shelving and designated zones for inventory management.

    + Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.

    + Support project team in preparing the space for operational readiness.

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

    Qualifications:

    + HS Diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

    + Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + No prior warehouse picking or receiving experience required as this is NOT a forklift role.

    + Reliable and punctual.

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
