PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an experienced **Systems Engineer** to play a critical role in the design, development, and verification of advanced system solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects that directly contribute to mission success and the advancement of aerospace technology.
What You’ll Do
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to ensure compatibility across complex systems of systems. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, conduct technical reviews, and apply rigorous systems engineering practices to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification needs.
+ Apply collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions.
+ Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate performance requirements.
+ Develop, manage, and validate system and supplier requirements to ensure compliance with program standards.
+ Conduct design reviews and technical assessments, offering recommendations to ensure system performance, safety, and reliability.
+ Support and improve requirements management, risk analysis, opportunity management, and readiness assessments.
+ Resolve cross-functional technical issues to ensure seamless integration.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
+ 9+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Hands-on Systems Engineering experience, including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Leadership experience, such as guiding engineering teams and driving successful outcomes.
+ Active U.S. Security Clearance.

**Pay Details:** $69.62 per hour
