    **Job Title:** MIG Welder/Fabricator – Temp-to-Perm

    **Location:** Tampa, FL

    **Pay Rate:** $ 20.00/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled and dependable **MIG Welder/Fabricator** to join our team in Tampa. This **Temp-to-Perm opportunity** offers steady hours, overtime, and the chance to grow into a long-term role. You’ll be contributing to the fire sprinkler industry by producing high-quality welds on steel pipe and related components.

    Responsibilities:

    + Weld outlets onto steel pipe and perform specialty welding (spool pieces, flanges, etc.)

    + Read and interpret tape measures and work specifications

    + Inspect welds for defects, proper dimensions, alignment, and seam quality

    + Maintain a clean, safe welding station in line with company standards

    + Report equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or required repairs promptly

    + Use basic computer skills (email, data entry) to support daily operations

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of recent/current MIG welding experience

    + Ability to read a tape measure accurately

    + Basic computer knowledge (email, data entry)

    + Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

    + Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

    Preferred:

    + Maintenance background or mechanical aptitude

    + Additional computer skills

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
