Overview
As the Associate Director of Program Management you will be in charge of small to medium size engagements with growing complexity. You will be required to exhibit high emotional intelligence and strong business acumen. Pose yourself as a strategic thinker about the client business, and lead as problem solver to support execution with the internal team. You will also be responsible for the project scope financials and delivering against the sold-as margin for high level clients. And provide mentorship and management to entry-level PMs.
Responsibilities
+ Structure project team based on the desired project approach
+ Understand ad communicate estimates, timelines and client dependencies
+ Provide/seek input and feedback to improve accuracy of the estimates and staffing
+ Create Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project plan for a small to medium size, complex project
+ Understand project scope and transform them into an executable plan for a small to medium size, complex project
+ Run multiple projects with one client, or multiple projects across 1+ clients; may involve 3rd parties
+ Thinks creatively in solving staffing conflicts and identifying different staffing solutions for delivering the work
+ Act as a consultant and resolve issues highlighted during project tracking with Clients
+ Ensures communication and communication style are tailored to the specific audience
+ Conduct and help drive regular reviews of project deliverables with key team members/Clients
+ Identify and track cross-channel program dependencies
+ Review and thoroughly comprehend all key documentation from the sales cycle, including proposal, approach and SOW
+ Work closely with Staffing to assist with finalizing the Staffing Plan, should any outstanding resource needs remain
+ Communicates the financial impacts to staffing changes proactively
+ Hold others accountable for meeting workplace expectations
+ Effectively nurture relationships with Stakeholders and keep them actively involved
Qualifications
+ 5-7 years’ experience managing medium size and complexity projects, approx. $5M in revenue
+ Experience working on CRM projects
+ Knowledge of levers (scope elimination/ simplification, time, resources) that impact the Estimate
+ Understand and use at least 2-3 planning tools, (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel and Smartsheets, Workfront)
+ Ability to confidently present Kick-off materials to Client and Stakeholders, leveraging Delivery leadership as needed
+ Ability to clearly communicate business challenges, Client goals, objectives, team R&R, deliverables, and the project plan to the project team at Kick-off
+ Ability to display calmness and patience to create an environment that is conducive to effective communication
+ Ability to anticipate communications that may initiate a negative Client reaction, and take preventative measures (e.g. prior internal communication, phone call with Client)
+ Ability to ask high value questions to ensure internal team engagement and an understanding of the project requirements
+ Ability to recommend a methodology for a project and articulate the benefits and reasons for choosing the methodology to the team and Clients

Compensation Range: $133K - $153K/yr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
