We’re currently seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA to serve patients in **Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Dallas area** —while also serving as a **liaison between Gentiva and facility staff** to ensure quality, coordinated care. This unique role is ideal for a CNA who enjoys hands-on care **and** the opportunity to collaborate with facility teams, advocate for patients, and represent hospice services in a professional, positive way.
