We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder B, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities not limited to:

+ Perform welding and soldering tasks to join metal components

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

+ Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and shape metal pieces

+ Operate various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and calipers

+ Assemble and weld components according to specifications

+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

+ Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

Skills - To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

+ 2-3yrs of Welding Experience

+ Proficient in various welding techniques, including stick welding

+ Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and installation

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

+ Familiarity with operating press brake machines is a plus

+ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

+ Ability to use calipers for precise measurements

+ Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process
