    Tuknik Government Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation Developer to support TGS and our government customer. **This is a remote opportunity.**

    The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement automated business processes using UiPath while also building and deploying generative AI solutions using tools like AWS Bedrock or LLM Service Providers like Ask Sage. This role requires a unique blend of process automation expertise and cutting-edge AI development skills to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    RPA Development:

    + Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using UiPath.

    + Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create Technical Design Documents following standardized protocols for the documentation.

    + Build reusable automation components and maintain UiPath robot configurations.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.

    + Perform testing, debugging, and maintenance of existing RPA solutions.

    + Monitor bot performance and provide ongoing support for production deployments.

    Generative AI Development:

    + Develop and deploy generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Ask Sage, or similar, and related services.

    + Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs).

    + Build and optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG.)

    + Implement secure APIs, pipelines, and microservices for AI-driven capabilities.

    + Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications and RPA workflows.

    + Apply Responsible AI principles, ensuring compliance with DoD AI Ethical Principles, the DoD Responsible AI Toolkit, and RMF security controls.

    + Support data readiness efforts: cleansing, cataloging, labeling, and governance for AI training datasets.

    Technical Leadership:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA and AI solutions.

    + Participate in architecture decisions and technology selection processes.

    + Document technical specifications, deployment guides, and best practices.

    + Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on automation projects.

    + Stay current with emerging technologies in RPA, AI, and cloud computing.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 5+ years in software development with demonstrated AI/GenAI project experience.

    + 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot)

    + 1+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically:

    + AWS Bedrock for generative AI applications

    + Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other core AWS services

    + Demonstrated ability to apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.

    + Strong programming skills in Python and C#/.NET.

    + Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

    + Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

    + Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

    + Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + UiPath certification (UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Advanced).

    + Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Comprehend, etc.).

    + AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Machine Learning, or Developer Associate).

    + Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

    + Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, Appian).

    + Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

    + Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

    + Background in business process analysis and optimization.
