Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time Supervision | School-Based

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a **part-time BCBA** to provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a supportive, school-based setting.

Position Details:

• Supervise **1–2 RBTs** working with students in K–12 schools

• Estimated **6–12 hours per month** (flexible scheduling)

• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success

• Ensure RBT services align with best practices and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
