    Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers

    + Provide information about our remodeling services and products

    + Schedule appointments for in-home consultations

    + Qualify prospects and identify customer needs

    + Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly

    + Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive company image

    + Collaborate with your fellow team members to improve customer service

    Requirements:

    + Patience and empathy

    + A personality where your smile can be heard through the phone

    + The ability to inject positive energy with all those around you

    + Strong customer service orientation

    + Excellent listening skills

    + Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

    + Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

    + Must have your own reliable vehicle and ability to commute to our Oakland office

     

    Opportunity

     

    + Hourly at $18-20 per hour depending on experience
