    What You'll Be Doing

    + Accurately weigh and record rail and truck loads using scale systems and software

    + Communicate with drivers, terminal operators, and dispatch to ensure efficient flow of materials

    + Maintain organized records and documentation for shipments and inventory

    + Monitor and report discrepancies in weights, loads, or documentation

    + Support terminal operations with administrative tasks and data entry

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping

    + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment

    + Proficient with basic computer systems and office software

    + Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
