    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently

    + Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or safety concerns

    + Assist with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations

    + Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow

    What Are We Looking For

    + Skilled in operating heavy equipment in an industrial or outdoor setting

    + Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

    + Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced environments

    + Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and operational checks

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug, and background check

    + Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods

    + Frequent climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

    + Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform equipment inspections

    + Visual and auditory ability to safely navigate active work zones

    + Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

    + Starting Pay $21.00 per hour DOE
