    Design & Sales Consultant

     

    Turn design visions into reality while growing your career in sales. We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Design & Sales Consultant to deliver premium client experiences from consultation to install.

     

    What You’ll Sell

     

    Custom window treatments: blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery

    Earnings & Benefits

    + First-year earnings $75K+; Year 2 $100K+ potential

    + Uncapped commissions

    + Health insurance + 401(k) with 4% match

    + 10 PTO days, 6 holidays, and 5+ days off between Christmas and New Year’s

    + Company van + gas card, plus iPad

    + Consistent M–F schedule, 9 AM–5 PM

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead in-home design consultations, measure with precision, and present tailored solutions

    + Follow up on quotes and close deals

    + Manage paperwork and update CRM for all projects

    + Build awareness through social media engagement

    + Check in on installs to ensure client satisfaction

    + Participate in weekly production meetings and ongoing training

    + Nurture referral relationships and identify new opportunities

    What You Bring

    + Passion for design and proven sales success

    + Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

    + Confidence representing a brand online and in person

    + Comfort with CRM and workflow tools

    + A self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

    + Bonus: experience selling window treatments or similar products
