• Operations Manager - 2nd shift

    The 2nd shift Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the facility, including receiving and shipping. In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of the continuous process development and improvement. You will work very closely with client services teams and with Operations. This position is customer-facing and responsible for assisting with all customer requests and supporting the operations in the evening. You will also collaborate regularly with Technical Services and the customer to assist in ongoing demands. YOUR TASKS

     

    * Maintains a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the operational mission in an effective and efficient manner. Interviews and recommends applicants for hire.

    * Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates the performance of associates; ensures their ability to handle/process safely.

    * Counsels, records, and disciplines as necessary. Develops Team members to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned team members.

    * Works closely with shift operations to accomplish goals.

    * Monitors employees' production and adhering to set global standards

    * Oversees the supply of materials to Tech services for assembly and sub-assembly

    * Works closely with Sr. Operations, Rack Integration Manager, and Client Services to ensure Operational functions are completed in a timely manner as required by the customer

    * Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM; overtime as required

    YOUR PROFILE

    * B.S. or B.A. degree in business management or Engineering, industrial management, or related field

    * 5 to 10 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materials management in a manufacturing environment, with 5+ years of supervisory experience.

    * Strong background in Microsoft office suite

    * Ability to Commute or Relocate to: North Las Vegas, NV
