As a Technical Services Supervisor, you will lead an onsite team to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, technical environment. You’ll foster a proactive, inclusive, and safety-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence and team development. Reporting to a Regional Coordinator, Team Lead, or Technical Services Manager, you will play a hands-on leadership role, actively participating in daily operations, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is customer-facing and directly impacts overall service performance. This role supports Arvato’s newest data center services, delivering critical solutions such as high-security transport, white-glove delivery, and technical support. Our clients include hyperscale data center operators, high-tech freight forwarders, co-location providers, and Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. YOUR TASKS
* Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring alignment with ATC and customer standards.
* Lead and coach team members and vendors to achieve project goals and maintain performance.
* Support customer relationships by acting as a key point of contact and company ambassador.
* Monitor safety compliance, enforce PPE usage, and conduct regular training and refreshers.
* Oversee fleet condition, tool tracking, and equipment reporting in coordination with leadership.
* Manage scheduling, resource levels, and overtime in collaboration with Regional Coordinator/Manager.
* Deliver daily reports on team performance, process improvements, and project updates.
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and implement operational improvements with a focus on efficiency and quality.
* Participate in the onboarding and training of new hires and vendors.
* Travel as needed to support European project deployments.
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working under pressure and managing shifting priorities.
* Background in logistics and/or white glove services is preferred.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
* Capable of delivering hands-on training and performance feedback.
* Flexible and available for travel across European projects.
* Strong time management and multitasking ability.
* Understanding of team dynamics, reporting structures, and customer expectations
