Senior Test Engineer- Onsite Position
We have an opportunity for a **_Senior Test Engineer_** to join our team in **_Santa Clarita, CA_**
As our Senior Test Engineer you will **_design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment._** You will prepare **_test and diagnostic programs, design test equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products._** Also provide assistance with planning of labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating manufactured products. Performs product testing or formal qualification activities and generates related documentation.

**Salary Range:** $108,900.00 - $145,200.00 per year plus bonus

Your Challenge:
+ Perform moderately complex tasks related to testing manufactured products.
+ Develop test plans and conduct testing activities, including formal qualification, on complex systems and subsystems to meet program requirements.
+ Use test procedures, investigate and analyze test failures, recommending corrective action as appropriate.
+ Assist systems engineers with development of test specifications, methods and procedures.
+ Prepare product verification documentation and technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a wide variety of technical problems.
+ Develops proposal inputs related to product testing or test equipment and present them to department and program personnel.
+ Assist with required maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading, or new development of automated test equipment in support of manufacturing operations.
+ Create test equipment technical data package, including design documentation, drawings, and technical manuals
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field with minimum 4 years of related experience
+ Ability to deliver urgent attention and responsive problem solving
+ Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry requirements and demands
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure of schedule and technical constraints
+ Expertise with electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to determine problems
+ Experience testing complex systems and writing test reports
+ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills
