    This Executive Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of basic, complex, and confidential administrative duties in support of our Market President.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepares PowerPoints, agendas, handouts, documents, and any other needed material

    + Light Project Management

    + Performs general administrative functions in support of Executive and Senior Leadership including typing, copying, organizing, ordering, filing, etc.

    + Coordinates executives schedule and makes appointments

    + Arranges and coordinates travel and reservations

    + Schedules and prepares for meetings, programs, and events

    + Creates and maintains presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents

    + Attends meetings and records notes as needed

    + Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when appropriate

    + Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents

    + Corresponds and coordinates with other departments and external entities as needed

    + Reviews and disseminates information received from other departments and external sources

    + Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for various projects

    + Performs all other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
