As an Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of leading and developing our installation crews. You'll drive results by setting the pace, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. If you thrive on accountability, competition, and building high-performing teams, this is your arena.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

+ Lead and motivate multiple 3-person crews with clear direction and coaching.

+ Own quality and safety in the field. Every job meets our standard.

+ Partner with sales and service teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.

+ Take charge of escalations by solving problems quickly and keep projects moving.

Qualifications: What You Offer

+ Minimum of 3-5+ years of people management experience, ideally in construction or field operations.

+ A track record of building and developing winning teams.

+ Strong decision-making skills and the ability to keep projects on pace.

+ Detail-oriented, competitive, and motivated by measurable results.
