How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Curious how Delta delivers the right flight offers across every channel and powers the future of retailing? In this role, you’ll lead a team of product managers and product owners responsible for the systems that create, manage, and distribute Delta’s flight offers to customers worldwide. These systems include ITA’s BBX, Brand API, Product Catalog, Shopping API, and Reshop API - critical components that enable shopping and change scenarios across all channels.
This team also owns the orchestration of Delta’s product drawers across all direct channels, ensuring that the right products and bundles are available for customers in their platform of choice. We manage the business rules that interpret products for merchandising and fulfillment implications, and we develop rule engines that support today’s needs while anticipating future strategies and market conditions.
As Delta continues its journey to become a world-class retailer, this role is central to enabling dynamic, personalized, and reliable offers that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Setting the vision and roadmap for Flight Offer and Catalog systems to enable Delta’s retailing strategy
+ Leading the design and delivery of solutions that power shopping and re-shopping experiences across channels
+ Driving development of business rule engines to support merchandising, fulfillment, and future flexibility
+ Owning orchestration of Delta’s product drawers across all direct channels
+ Building strong partnerships with stakeholders across Revenue Management, Digital, IT, and external vendors
+ Ensuring system reliability and scalability to support Delta’s 24/7 global operations
+ Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Delta’s leadership position
+ Fostering a culture of servant leadership, team development, and career growth
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing to challenge the status quo
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong relationship-building skills across Commercial, IT, and vendor teams
+ Experience with complex business processes and system integrations
+ Ability to develop and own end-to-end solutions in collaboration with IT and data teams
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Working knowledge of airline retailing and pricing, offer management, and distribution systems
+ Experience managing multiple projects and making well-informed priority decisions
+ Familiarity with APIs, merchandising strategies, and rule-based engines
+ Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver innovative solutions on time
