    CHI Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Nurse Manager** to drive excellence across our Inpatient, Emergency Department, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.     Job Requirements

    What You'll Bring:

    + **RN Licensure:** Current, active RN license in North Dakota (or compact state license valid for ND).

    + **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

    + **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC upon hire (specific acceptable providers listed below*).

    + **Expertise:** Deep understanding of inpatient nursing, administration, and regulatory standards.

    + **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability in strategic planning, project management, and change leadership.

    + **Qualities:** High motivation, strong team orientation, professionalism, and a commitment to respectful care.

    Pay Range

    $43.33 - $61.20 /hour
