Job Summary and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

+ Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized end of life care plans for patients

+ Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation

+ Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals to deliver empowered end of life care

+ Communicate with patients and their loved ones while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment

Job Requirements

What You'll Need

+ Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college or university

+ 1 year experience as a registered nurse preferred

+ Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live

+ Basic Life Support (BLS)

Pay Range

$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
