Job Summary:

Wesley Medical Center is seeking a PA or NP for the ECMO Coordinator role to oversee the needs and growth of our ECMO program in Wichita Kansas.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Practicing PA or NP

+ Critical Care experience required; leadership experience preferred

+ Work collaboratively with critical care physicians and cardiothoracic surgeon to manage and grow the ECMO program

+ Consult with other providers to determine whether a patient is appropriate for ECMO therapy

+ Align the ECMO program with evidence-based clinical guidance to safeguard quality and patient safety

+ Knowledgeable in educating patients and families

+ Conducting documentation reviews
