As a Digital & IT Business Analyst Intern, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and digital solution development. You will learn to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to designing and implementing digital or automation solutions that enhance operations & productivity. This internship offers exposure to Agile methodologies and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Azure AI, UIPath RPA, and Parker’s enterprise-standard applications within the Chomerics division.
+ Engage with cross-functional teams to elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders.
+ Research, innovate, and optimize business processes by identifying pain points and proposing effective solutions.
+ Define user stories and design solution frameworks that address business needs.
+ Develop applications or automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, UIPath RPA, Azure AI or configure enterprise-standard solutions as per project requirements.
+ Conduct testing, train super users, and support adoption to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
+ Utilize AI-driven data analysis tools to analyze business data, uncover trends, and support decision-making.
+ Summarize and present project outcomes and learnings to stakeholders and leadership.
+ Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology
+ Candidate shall have completed sophomore year (20 credits minimum) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
+ Ability to work in person from June 2025 – August 2025 full-time.
+ Ability to grasp and quickly learn a new IT technology
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team
+ Curiosity and ability to break down and solve problems through analytical and quantitative skills
+ Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Competitive Compensation
+ Pay Range: $20/hr to $24/hr
+ No benefit plan eligibility
