Job Description
What You Will Do:
+ Lead, train, and schedule AV techs to ensure flawless event support—because every good show starts backstage.
+ Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for meetings and events (no tangled cables on your watch).
+ Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and help keep everything from microphones to projectors in top form.
+ Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life.
+ Coach and hold your team accountable—AV success is a team sport!
What We Are Looking For:
+ 6+ months of AV experience required – You’ve got hands-on know-how and aren’t afraid of cables.
+ 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background (preferred) – Shows you're ready to lead from the front of house or back.
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred – Your education helps you bring structure to the tech.
+ Basic Microsoft Office skills – To keep your tracking and scheduling as polished as your events.
+ Experience with Delphi software (preferred) – Knowing the tools of the hospitality trade is a bonus.
