Humana's Corporate Strategy team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with senior leadership to establish the future course for the company. In Corporate Strategy, you will identify and analyze growth opportunities and work with business and technology leaders to prioritize options supporting our long-term strategy agenda. We undertake internal consulting engagements across a wide range of topics. The team has regular interactions with Humana’s leadership and regularly manages deliverables for Humana’s broader Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will blend strong business acumen with technical knowledge (e.g., AI) to drive strategic initiatives. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business challenges into opportunities and delivering actionable insights that shape our future.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations
+ Develop insights to equip senior leaders with the right data to make informed strategic decisions
+ Support cross-functional projects, working with leaders throughout the company to execute complex, high-priority strategic initiatives
+ Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
+ Identify the short & long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data
+ Conduct research on industry trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for technology integration
+ Define the roadmap for technology deployment by partnering with business leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate goals. This includes identifying and prioritizing use cases with a clear business value
+ Act as a connector between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, you must be able to explain complex technology concepts in a clear, business-friendly way

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 2+ years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience
+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills
+ Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
+ Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
+ Ability to drive initiatives independently and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment

Location Information
This is a hybrid role (in-office approx. 3 days per week). The preferred location for this role is Louisville, KY at our 101 E Main Street, Louisville, KY office. Other locations that will be considered are Arlington, VA, Chicago, IL, and Nashville, TN

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
