    We are currently seeking a **Senior Corporate Income Tax Accountant** in Irving, TX.

    Responsibilities:

    + Ensure timely and accurate corporate income tax return compliance.

    + Prepare corporate tax income workpapers, identify book to tax differences and tax opportunities.

    + Work with outside providers on quarterly estimates, extension and income tax provision.

    + Research corporate income tax opportunities and share findings with Department.

    + Assist on implementation and execution of corporate tax incentives, including working with different internal groups/department to ensure proper implementation.

    + Research implications of tax law changes on the corporate structure and build tax scenarios.

    + Timely preparation of joint venture tax returns and distribution to appropriate outside/internal parties.

    + Collaborates with outside tax consultants on special projects.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA is preferred

    + 4 years of income tax experience preferred

    + Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience required
