Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and aerospace industry, is seeking a US - Sr Demand & Asset Planner to join their team. As a US - Sr Demand & Asset Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting production planning and materials management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** US - Sr Demand & Asset Planner

**Location:** Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $$40/hr

**Shift:** 8-5

What's the Job?

+ Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your assigned product cells at the Torrance site

+ Ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources

+ Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, supporting planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data

+ Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation strategies with leadership

+ Achieve maximum customer satisfaction while ensuring working capital remains within business goals

What's Needed?

+ 3+ years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management, or related functional experience

+ 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, preferably in defense and aerospace sectors

+ 3+ years of planning experience using SAP ERP systems

+ U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status due to export restrictions

+ Strong project management and problem-solving skills
